The Role Own all people operations as we scale 3x. Build HR from the ground up: hiring, onboarding, culture, and processes for a fast‑growing international team.
What You’ll Do
Lead full‑cycle recruiting (sales, marketing, product, operations, mentors)
Build & manage onboarding process for new hires
Support international hiring (US, Europe, CIS)
Manage performance reviews & team development
Build & maintain company culture remotely
Handle employee relations & conflict resolution
Partner with CEO on org structure & team planning
Requirements
3+ years HR experience (tech/startup preferred)
Full‑cycle recruiting experience
International hiring knowledge (multiple countries/labor laws)
Remote team experience
Organized & detail‑oriented
Fluent English (international team)
Comfortable with fast‑paced growth environment
Nice to Have
EdTech or SaaS company experience
Experience scaling teams rapidly (2x‑3x growth)
Knowledge of US/European labor laws
HRIS systems experience (BambooHR, Workable, Lever)
Russian language (for CIS team members)
