The Marketing Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to the corporate marketing team to ensure marketing programs and initiatives run smoothly. This role works closely with the Product Marketing Manager and Growth Marketing Manager to assist with campaign logistics, marketing collateral updates, sales support materials, and other day-to-day marketing tasks. The Marketing Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the execution of marketing programs while gaining exposure to a wide range of marketing initiatives. Responsibilities
Assist the marketing team with the execution of marketing campaigns and programs across multiple channels. Coordinate updates to marketing collateral including media kits, landing pages, marketing materials, and campaign assets. Support the creation and organization of sales enablement materials including presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral. Assist with formatting and assembling proposal responses and sales support materials. Coordinate with the design team to request marketing graphics such as email headers, ad creatives, and marketing assets. Assist with managing and organizing marketing materials used for events, trade shows, and campaigns. Support event and partnership logistics including coordinating marketing collateral and materials when needed. Help maintain marketing databases and assist with data entry, tagging, and categorization within marketing and CRM systems. Assist with tracking marketing expenses and reconciling marketing receipts with budget records. Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives including project coordination and task tracking. Support the marketing team with additional projects and operational tasks as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred (but not required). Meaningful relevant marketing or internship experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Experience with CRM or marketing platforms is a plus but not required. Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced marketing environment. Must be a proactive team player who takes initiative and demonstrates strong work ethic. This position is fully remote and open to candidates based in the United States.
