from Argentina. The role focuses on day-to-day technical support for internal users, including
VIP / Executive-level stakeholders .
Fluent English is mandatory
(daily communication with US-based teams).
Requirements / Experience
Experience with
Windows troubleshooting
Hands‑on experience using
ticketing systems
(Jira or similar)
Previous exposure to
VIP / Executive Support
Proactive mindset
and ability to work independently
Advanced / fluent English (mandatory)
Nice to Have
Experience creating or improving
documentation and processes
Basic knowledge or experience with
Active Directory
