This position is effective for a four-month time frame from beginning of May – end of August. Working hours would be Monday – Friday 11am – 4pm EST. This is a fully remote position. Perform a variety of customer service duties including communicating to customers via Live Chat, answering customer phone calls; responding to customer emails. This job is expected to provide premium customer service to our customers. Support both the sales and marketing departments with all activities.
Successful candidates will have a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions. Duties require effective verbal and written communications skills; visual attention to written detail along with analysis of computer data; manual coordination in operation of keyboard equipment.
Responsibilities
Provide premium customer service and support to our consumers via phone, live chat and email.
Answer inbound phone calls during the entire customer service available times
Assist marketing with communication and feedback.
Assist and support sales ops initiatives and projects.
Educate customers on the Vibram brand, related products, and features – be the brand ambassador.
Manage and answer inquiries relating to order process including order entry, shipping, inventory, and order status.
Analyze reports and anticipate customer needs.
Execute all directives in support of the business as requested and within timeframe specified.
Regular and reliable attendance is a requirement of the job.
Perform other similar duties requested or as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
High school diploma required.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills
Strong Communication Skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Prior experience within the outdoor/athletic industry preferred
