Maintenance Engineer - Manufacturing

Join our team of skilled engineers and enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule with weekends off.

This is an excellent opportunity for a maintenance engineer to work in a well-established manufacturing facility, where you will be part of an experienced and supportive team. You will play a key role in ensuring the factory operates efficiently and production levels are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform proactive maintenance and scheduled PMs to prevent equipment breakdowns.
  • Respond quickly to reactive maintenance requests and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.
  • Work on engineering projects, including commissioning, installations, and relocations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase machine output and efficiency.
  • Achieve compliance with site Health & Safety rules and legislation.

Requirements:

  • Hold a time-served or recognised apprenticeship in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Have experience working in a multi-skilled role across mechanical and electrical engineering.
  • Show the ability and confidence to work at a fast pace, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
