Job Description:Bridgwater College Academy seeks an Attendance Officer to support student success. This role plays a key part in ensuring high levels of student attendance, liaising with parents, staff, and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and manage the academy's attendance system.
- Provide attendance reports and support staff with attendance-related queries.
- Communicate with parents and coordinate meetings as needed.
- Assist in monitoring and supporting student attendance.
- Strong administrative and IT skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to handle situations with professionalism and assertiveness.
