Clinical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Team Leader to join our team in Marlborough, Wiltshire. Our state-of-the-art dental practice offers a wide range of services, including specialist orthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, and implants.

• Oversee, train, and support a team of dental nurses
• Maintain excellent infection prevention and control standards
• Undertake audits and other regulatory tasks with the nursing team
• Ensure compliance with GDC, CQC, and HTM-01-05 standards

• 3 years of experience in dental nursing (preferred)
• Valid GDC registration
• Exceptional listening skills, calm approach, and ability to work under pressure
• Caring and sympathetic nature, smart appearance, and professional attitude
