Join Our Outstanding Education Institution as a Residential Wellbeing Coordinator
Bridgwater & Taunton College Residential provision provides accommodation for students aged 16+ studying across any of our three campuses.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate to coordinate and monitor the wellbeing of our residential learners, with a specific focus on the under 18 provision at Cannington.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide safeguarding support to all students in residential accommodation
- Mentor, self-assess, agree targets and review progress with students
- Engage residential learners in clubs and societies, such as the Volunteering Committee, to develop personal, social and employability skills
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
