**Senior Support Manager Role Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Manager to join our team in North West England.
This is a fantastic opportunity for current managers ready to take on a leadership role, delivering exceptional care and education standards.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional Manager to support nursery managers in achieving operational excellence throughout the area.

Requirements:
Relevant Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years
At least 3 years managerial experience in the early years sector
Experience with budgeting and proficiency in common IT packages (Excel, PowerPoint), report writing, and maintaining confidentiality
A valid driver's license is essential
