Job Title: Commercial Manager (Water Industry)

Location: Hybrid, Tipton based but with travel

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial delivery of a dynamic portfolio of projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage all commercial aspects of projects from inception through to completion. Key responsibilities include:

• Budgeting and financial management of projects
• Risk management and mitigation strategies
• Stakeholder communication and relationship building
• Contract management and negotiation
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Commercial department, driving performance across frameworks and projects. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business growth and improvement.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

• Appropriate qualifications and professional membership of RICS, CIOB or ICE
• Comprehensive working knowledge of NEC3 & 4 contracts, including Options A & C
• Working knowledge of IChemE, JCT and MF1 forms of contract
• Exceptional negotiation, leadership and communication skills
• Valid CSCS card and EUSR Water Hygiene Card (training provided)

• Salary up to £70,000 DOE
