You will lead with kindness and ensure that the people we support receive the best care possible.

• Caring for Clients:

You will assess individual needs, create thoughtful care plans, and provide the highest standard of care.

• Supporting Your Team:

You will guide and uplift our care staff, providing supervision, conducting spot checks, and being a source of advice and encouragement.

• Ensuring Excellence:

You will help maintain a safe, effective, and high-quality service by monitoring compliance and best practices.

• Experience & Qualifications:

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and experience in domiciliary care.

• A Strong Skill Set:

You understand what great care looks like and can create thoughtful care plans, assess service user needs, and communicate effectively.

• A Practical Approach:

A full UK driving license, access to a car for work, and the ability to travel within 30 minutes of Bromley.
