About the Role:

• Maintain a safe and clean facility, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
• Greet customers, address vehicle service needs, and document issues accurately.
• Provide detailed repair cost estimates, sales promotions, and obtain necessary approvals and payments.
• Keep customers updated on vehicle status and provide comprehensive explanations of completed work, handling any concerns or complaints efficiently.

Requirements:

• 6 months of experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean safety record, pass drug screening and medical exam as per regulations.
