We are working with a rapidly growing digital affiliate marketing company to find a talented Full Stack Technical Lead to join their expanding Technology team. About the Role:

As a Full Stack Technical Lead, you will be a key player in the growth of their technology stack, ensuring the delivery of scalable, efficient, and high-quality solutions. You will have the opportunity to contribute to both front-end and back-end codebases while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve technical excellence. While your primary focus will be coding and system design, you'll also guide a team of developers, make critical technical decisions, and uphold best practices throughout the development process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & Innovate: Take a hands-on role in coding and development for both front-end and back-end systems, driving the evolution of the platform.

• System Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications with a focus on long-term maintainability.

• Mentor & Guide: Provide mentorship to other developers, ensuring the team follows best practices and maintaining high-quality code through regular reviews and feedback.

• Collaborate on Design: Work closely with UX/UI designers to bring user-centric designs to life, creating intuitive and responsive web interfaces.

• Optimize Performance: Focus on improving front-end performance, ensuring a fast, smooth, and seamless experience for users across different devices and browsers.

• Ensure Quality: Champion the adoption of best practices, tools, and techniques to maintain high standards across the development process, from design to delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular, and proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive web design.

• Backend Development: Strong background in Node.js, Express.js, and building RESTful APIs or microservices, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

• Database Proficiency: Skilled in working with both SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB), with the ability to optimize data storage and retrieval.

• DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI), as well as containerization tools like Docker to streamline development and deployment processes.

• CMS Experience: Bonus points for familiarity with content management systems, adding flexibility to web development projects.

• Collaboration & Communication: A strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
