We're looking for a Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering enterprise applications and corporate system projects- eg HR, Finance, Payroll, and ERP.

The Role

As a Group Senior Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering global enterprise application/system projects across key business functions, including HR, Finance, and Web. In this federated organisation, you'll manage data migration workstreams, collaborate with multiple global stakeholders, and manage third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

You'll take a hands-on, pragmatic approach to managing complex projects while ensuring light-touch governance and strong stakeholder engagement across the business.

What We're Looking For

✔ Proven experience delivering projects within enterprise applications and corporate systems (HR, Payroll, Finance, Procurement, ERP, etc.) ✔ Strong problem-solving mindset-practical, results-driven, and adaptable ✔ Excellent stakeholder management-confidently engaging with diverse teams across all levels. ✔ Pragmatic approach -balancing structure with flexibility in project execution ✔ Analytical ability-comfortable diving into business requirements when needed
