About the Role: As a D365 CE Functional Consultant, you'll be working with one of the UK's most innovative Microsoft Partners, delivering tailored Dynamics 365 solutions to a variety of clients. In this role, you'll be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing and configuring D365 CE solutions, and ensuring successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into D365 CE configurations. Configure and deploy modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing within Dynamics 365. Lead workshops, offering expert guidance to clients throughout the implementation process. Provide end-user training and post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integrations and high-quality outcomes.What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a D365 CE Functional Consultant with hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Experience delivering successful D365 CE implementations and leading workshops. Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.Why Apply?
