Are you an experienced Senior Service Desk Engineer looking to take the next step in your career with a dynamic and growing Managed Service Provider (MSP)? Do you have strong experience with Azure, the full Microsoft 365 suite, and troubleshooting complex IT issues? If so, we want to hear from you.

The Role:

As a Senior Service Desk Engineer, you'll be the go-to expert for escalations from the 1st Line team, providing top-tier technical support to clients while also getting involved in small-scale projects. You'll work in a fast-paced MSP environment where no two days are the same, ensuring client systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Handling escalations from the 1st Line Support team, resolving more complex technical issues.

  • Providing expert support across Azure, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune), and Windows environments.

  • Troubleshooting networking, servers, and cloud-based infrastructure.

  • Working on small projects such as migrations and system upgrades.

  • Using ConnectWise (or similar PSA tools) to manage tickets and client interactions.

  • Delivering a high level of customer service to a diverse client base.

What We're Looking For:

  • MSP experience – you thrive in a multi-client, fast-moving environment.

  • Strong expertise in Azure and the full Microsoft 365 suite.

  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking.

  • Familiarity with ConnectWise (or a similar MSP tool) is highly desirable.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • A strong communicator who can work well both independently and as part of a team.
