QA Manager

This role has you steering the ship with a team of Quality Assurance professionals ensuring the highest standards are met. You’ll be orchestrating the workflow between two shift supervisors and their respective crews, being the clear and confident voice they look to for direction. You won't be twiddling your thumbs behind a desk; it'll be a 60-40% split between the office and the factory floor.

As part of your exciting new role, you'll be liaising with Fullers—who handle our sparkling relationships with all the major retailers (except for Iceland, of course, who we supply directly). You'll dive into new challenges and jovially navigate around complex retailer codes of practice. 

The spotlight will be on your ability to manage the fine line between coordinating a tight-knit, stable team and maintaining harmony with some very strong personalities. Your secret sauce? A can-do attitude and the guts to stand up against any odds.
