Junior Sous Chef Hotel

we are looking for an ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join an exclusive boutique 5* hotel in central London. Cooking modern British/ European cuisine in a casual fine dining environment.

You should have experience as a Senior CDP / Jnr Sous in a 5* hotel or restaurant to at least 2AA rosettes.
