We're excited to be partnering with an expanding MSP looking for a Service Desk Manager to lead and grow their technical support team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled 2nd Line Engineer or current Team Leader to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities: As the Service Desk Manager, you'll lead and manage a talented team, ensuring exceptional technical support and maintaining high standards of service delivery. While you'll still be involved in hands-on IT support, you'll also take on key responsibilities such as mentoring, training, and refining processes.
What We're Looking For:
Experience within an MSP and a strong technical background Proficiency in supporting Microsoft 365, Windows, and network infrastructure A proactive, "can-do" attitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Prior leadership or management experience What's in It for You:
