We’re looking for *two* *Data Analysts* to join our team on a three‑year fixed‑term contract.

Your working arrangements will be flexible, based on the needs of the role, our customers and your preferences (agreed with your manager). Our offices are in Seaham and Bishop Auckland, and this role will require an on-site presence for part of the week.
*About the role*
As a Data Analyst, you will turn data into insight to support informed, evidence‑based decisions across the business. You’ll analyse trends, patterns and root causes, helping the organisation understand key challenges and anticipate future risks and opportunities.
*Your responsibilities will include:*
· Conducting analysis using a range of data tools and techniques.
· Delivering bespoke research, data modelling and statistical analysis.
· Working with the Management Team on high‑quality analysis, including predictive modelling.
· Applying modern approaches, including machine learning, to improve data understanding.
· Undertaking root cause analysis to support data‑led solutions.
· Supporting strategic planning and service improvement.
· Driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
· Identifying, managing and minimising risks.
