Human Resources Consultant

Location: Dublin (Hybrid)

Engagement: Part-time | Day-rate contract

A global biopharma organisation is seeking an experienced Human Resources Consultant to support its business on a part-time, day-rate contractor basis. This role will operate at regional and global level and will report directly into a Global HR Director based internationally.

The successful consultant will act as a trusted HR partner to senior leaders across technical operations, quality and regulatory functions, providing hands‑on HR generalist support while contributing to broader global HR priorities.

• Provide end-to-end HR generalist support across employee relations, policies, compensation, systems and compliance
  
• Partner closely with the Global HR Director and regional leadership teams to support business objectives
  
• Lead recruitment and selection activities across technical, quality and operations functions
  
• Manage onboarding for employees and consultants
  
• Oversee HR records, documentation and compliance with statutory requirements
  
• Liaise with payroll to support monthly payroll and compensation processesSupport annual salary review and compensation planning cycles
  
• Provide practical guidance on complex HR and business issues
  
• Drive continuous improvement of HR policies, processes and ways of working
  
• Align local HR practices with global frameworks where appropriate

• Strong HR generalist background with ideally 8–10+ years’ experience
  
• Life Science sector experience is essential
  
• Proven experience operating at regional and/or global level
  
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a consultant / contractor capacity

• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
