We will provide:
A Figma brand file (logos, colors, typography, examples)
A Google Drive with all assets (photos, past campaigns, brand elements)
Clear messaging pillars
Ongoing feedback and direction
Scope of Work
Weekly Social Media Design
2-3 feed posts per week
2–3 story designs per week
Static graphics, occasional carousels
Seasonal and event-based content
Promotional graphics
Educational / value-based posts
Local Halifax relevance when applicable
Weekly Email Campaigns
2 designed email campaigns per week
Promotional emails
Seasonal campaigns
Educational emails
Re-engagement campaigns
Designed in Figma or exported for Mailerlite style platforms
You will:
Propose creative concepts
Suggest seasonal opportunities
Develop campaign themes
Align visuals with our brand
Optimize for engagement and conversions
What We're Looking For
A strong candidate will:
Be proactive, not reactive
Understand customer psychology
Design with marketing intent, not just aesthetics
Understand performance marketing principles
Be able to write short-form marketing copy
Think about what will actually convert
Have experience with DTC or local service brands
Bonus if you:
Have worked with service-based businesses
Understand paid ad creative
Understand UGC trends
Have email marketing design experience
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
