2. Transform them into original YouTube Shorts.
Each video must be **meaningfully transformed** to avoid reused content issues.
Transformation includes but not limited to:
* Cutting the original clip into shorter segments
* Removing or heavily replacing original audio
* Adding new voiceover (AI or human)
* Adding captions/subtitles
* Zooms, punch-ins, pattern interrupts
* Changing pacing and structure
* Adding a unifying theme or commentary (AI or human)
Each final Short should feel like:
Commentary or remix content — not a repost.
**Requirements:**
* Understand YouTube reused content policy
* Able to source viral clips
* Fast turnaround
* Basic understanding of retention editing (fast cuts, hooks, loop endings)
**Scope:**
* 40 YouTube Shorts
* Delivered within 4 days
* Budget: $20 total
