Your Impact Starts Here - Join our Environmental Management team as a Project Coordinator supporting projects across British Columbia and the Yukon. In this role, you'll support our field staff and project managers on meaningful environmental assignments that help protect ecosystems, support communities, and deliver trusted environmental solutions. Your Impact

  • Champion Health & Safety by helping develop, implement, and track safety requirements and project‑specific H&S plans.
  • Support Inclusion & Diversity by helping create an environment where all colleagues feel they belong.
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities including budgets, schedules, expenditures, resourcing, and documentation.
  • Prepare scope change requests, meeting minutes, travel logistics, work orders, and subcontractor documentation.
  • Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate invoicing, timely client payments, and subcontractor payment processing.
  • Coordinate preparation and delivery of client-facing materials including reports, technical documents, and proposals.
  • Set up and organize field programs, including field instructions, supply orders, tracking, and project filing.
  • Schedule and organize project Kick‑Off Meetings and record meeting minutes and action items.
  • Build strong working relationships across project teams and disciplines to support seamless delivery.

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • A positive, curious, and solutions‑focused mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • College diploma, undergraduate degree, or relevant business/technical education paired with project coordination experience.
  • Familiarity with project management fundamentals and PMI concepts.
  • Experience using Oracle for project set‑up, WBS creation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Comfortable working with tools such as MS Word, Excel, Project, Adobe, Acrobat, and eager to learn others (e.g., Power BI).
  • Experience in environmental consulting or scientific/technical project environments is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with excellent organizational and time‑management skills.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $60,100 – $79,600 
MB & ON: $54,800 – $75,400
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $54,200 – $72,000

The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The wage range provided in this job posting may be subject to change for business purposes.
