Who you are and what you'll do

You are passionate about indoor navigation and best-in-class maps used by millions of people. You are meticulous in your work with high attention to detail. You enjoy working with architectural or technical drawings. As part of the Customer Implementation Team, you will report to the Director of Customer Implementation and you will work closely with the Project Delivery Managers and VP of Engineering (Solutions). Your primary responsibility will be interpreting and digitizing floorplans of varying complexity, transforming them into simplified, user-friendly versions for our clients. With a strong focus on Mappedin's enterprise business (malls, airports, stadiums, campuses, and offices), you will use your skills to understand key information and translate that into intuitive maps that cater to clients' needs.
