A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR

As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you'll be right at the heart of our finance operations. You'll review invoices, verify details, and process payments with accuracy and care, keeping everything aligned with company policies and deadlines. You'll communicate directly with vendors and internal teams to resolve questions, reconcile accounts, and support timely payment cycles. When challenges arise, you'll troubleshoot with confidence and maintain organized records that ensure audit readiness. Every day, your initiative, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset will help keep our business running smoothly and our partners supported.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English/French required
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related accounting role
• Accounting or Accounts Payable diploma, or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
• Experience with ERP systems such as Great Plains or Concur is an asset
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and continuous improvement
