Key responsibilities
Rebuild and scale the site using Client-First methodology
Migrate and restructure CMS while preserving existing content
Clean and rationalize class usage for maintainability
Implement advanced CMS logic and scalable structures
Optimize images and assets to reduce bandwidth and improve performance
Support multilingual setup and localization workflows
Ensure responsive behavior and cross-browser consistency
Collaborate with design and product teams; provide light UX/UI refinements when needed
Requirements
Proven Webflow expertise (Client-First required)
Experience with large CMS migrations and complex collections
Strong performance optimization practices (LCP, CLS, asset sizing)
Familiarity with Webflow Localization or equivalent multilingual setups
Solid understanding of scalable design systems and class architecture
Fluent English; clear async communication
Nice to have
Experience with SEO technical fundamentals in Webflow
Basic JS integrations and third-party tool connections
Prior work on SaaS or high-traffic marketing sites
Engagement
Remote, async-friendly collaboration
If interested, share relevant Webflow projects and a brief note on your experience with large-scale migrations.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
