I'm a real estate professional looking to recreate my existing website on WordPress in order to significantly reduce ongoing monthly costs.
My current site costs ~$400/month for hosting + IDX, and I'm confident this can be built more efficiently using WordPress with a cleaner, lower-cost stack — without sacrificing design or functionality. Link to my current Site:
I'm looking for an experienced developer who specializes in modern, professional real estate websites and understands IDX, CRM, and marketing integrations.
This is not a basic WordPress site — I want something polished, fast, SEO-friendly, and built with real estate lead generation in mind.
Scope of Work
Website Recreation
- Rebuild my current website design/layout (I'll share link privately)
- Modern, clean, professional look
- Fully responsive (desktop + mobile)
- SEO-friendly structure
- Fast load times
IDX Integration
- MLS/IDX search + listings (open to your recommendations for affordable IDX providers)
- Property search, filters, listing pages, and lead capture
CRM + Marketing Integrations
- Must have experience connecting:
- Follow Up Boss (FUB)
- RealScout
- Mailchimp or similar email platform (open to recommendations)
Goal is a cohesive ecosystem:
Website → Lead capture → CRM → Email automation
Hosting + Stack Setup
- WordPress setup
- Help selecting affordable hosting
- Clean plugin stack
- Security + backups
- Basic documentation so I can manage the site afterward
What I'm Looking For
You're a great fit if you:
- Have built real estate websites before (not just generic WordPress sites)
- Understand IDX platforms and real estate lead flow
- Have experience integrating CRMs and email tools
- Care about design, UX, and performance
- Can communicate clearly and explain technical decisions
