Über

I am seeking a skilled freelancer to develop a Power Automate Desktop (PAD) flow that automates several repetitive tasks that I anticipate using several times a week for the foreseeable future. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating efficient automation workflows and a strong understanding of Power Automate's capabilities. This will involve creating several flows. For each flow, I'll create a video screen capture showing my actions inside of the programs. I have experience working in these programs. Now I'm ready to automate the workflows as I'll be performing those workflows 2-3 times a week for the foreseeable future. Those programs are Idea Spectrum's Realtime Landscaping Architect 2026, Idea Spectrum's Realtime Landscaping Photo 2026, Idea Spectrum's Picture Editor, Rendair AI and Canva Pro.
I'm capable of creating my own flows using the PAD recorder. But I've learned flows that depend on screen captures of position-dependent UI elements aren't reliable. So, I want to hire someone who understands how to automate actions reliably. That may involve a lot more than sceen capture of UI elements in some cases.
If you are that person, let me know. I'll send you a screen recording of my actions for a workflow. I'll do this with several consultants. I'll ask you to look at the screen recording and tell me how many hours at what hourly rate it will take you to automate the task in PAD. I'll hire a consultant based on that. I'll pay the consultant to do the first flow. If the flow works to my expectations, I'll hire him or her to automate the remaining flows.
There are only a handful of flows total, and I'd love to finish this project this week or early next week. If you can work inside of that timeframe and believe you are the consultant I'm looking for, please give me your Upwork contact info and I'll send you the first screen capture video.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
