Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Maintain supply inventory levels for the warehouse and maintain optimal stock to prevent shortages or overstocks.
- Process, maintain and track inventory transactions in the ERP system.
- Oversee correct transfer of stock into destination warehouse.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances.
- Create and receive purchase orders and negotiate any changes.
- Communicate with vendors and warehouse regarding purchase orders and shipments.
- Review invoices and match orders with documentation received.
- Generate reports and communicate with warehouse and management.
- Analyze data and recommend solutions for scheduling.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar role such as Administration, Procurement, or Customer Service.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field is considered an asset.
- Previous experience with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.
- Must have a high attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Working proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, must be familiar with creating formulas & spreadsheets.
