We foster a strong safety culture, and adherence to all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE, is paramount. This position involves active physical work, including considerable standing, walking, and frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team. You will play a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy and contributing to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations. Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock inventory.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and product labels.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and RF scanners is beneficial.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
