Looking for two (2) separate leaders:

The first one will be a fulltime night manager.

This individual must be a leader, must work well as a team and be willing to build up those around them. We thrive as more of a coaching, development stand point than, "do this" "do that" mentality. We have a mix of seasoned and newer staff and they are being molded into a team that truly cares and tries to do better everyday. We need that exceptional leader for this team. Looking for someone that has professional boundaries and can lead by example. We are looking for compassion and understanding, a desire to grow and help those around them grow as well.

We have found that although food service is not MANDATORY, it is extremely favorable. We will train the right minded person(s) but cooking and/or serving will be extremely helpful. This position will require you to train and learn all positions within the restaurant.

This will be a fulltime evening position.

The second position will be a relief manager. This person will work two (2) day shifts & two (2) night shifts. Dependent on the needs of this applicant we can add another day to facilitate desired hours or can be a 4 day a week schedule. This person will work alongside the general manager and night manager to ensure brand standards and maintain a stable environment throughout the week. We desire this person to be part of our management team that thrives on consistency and leadership.
