Information Technology Administrator

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Information Technology Administrator. The Information Technology Administrator will be responsible for providing technical support, managing network systems, administering systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT operations. Day-to-day tasks will include monitoring network performance, maintaining and updating systems, resolving technical issues, and supporting end-users.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Experience in Network Administration and System Administration
• Strong understanding of Information Technology principles and practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is beneficial
