Summary

We are seeking a Bench Technician to join our team in providing exceptional technical support for our healthcare services in the US. This role is crucial in ensuring our IT infrastructure operates smoothly, enabling us to deliver dignified and independent care to our clients.
Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and network problems.
• Manage IT infrastructure components including servers and networking equipment.
• Assist with software installations and updates.
• Maintain documentation of technical processes and solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices.
• Support end-users with IT-related inquiries.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in technical support or related field.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Excellent communication skills for effective user interaction.
• Ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
• Experience with customer service is a plus.
• Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN) is preferred.
