About the Role
We're looking for an energetic, self-starting Graphic Designer to join us on a 6-month contract basis. This is a full-time role ($4,000/month) with remote flexibility and occasional in-person collaboration (1–2 times per month) in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

As our Graphic Designer, you'll work closely with our Brand Strategist to bring creative briefs to life across both corporate and lifestyle industries (including a client in construction and one in the wellness space). You'll be responsible for all things design — from brand identity creation to everyday marketing assets.

What You'll Do

• Design across a wide range of formats, including:
• Brand identities (logos, color palettes, typography, guidelines)
• Marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, sales sheets)
• Digital content (social media graphics, email assets, presentation decks)
• Event/tradeshow design (booth displays, banners, promotional items)
• Wellness + construction industry design projects
• Develop copy when needed to support visuals.
• Work independently with little supervision, while collaborating closely with the strategist for direction.
• Take creative briefs and run with them, offering smart design solutions that elevate brand messaging.

What We're Looking For

• Based in Dallas–Fort Worth (required).
• Portfolio that demonstrates strong corporate content creation (digital + print).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) or equivalent tools.
• Experience in brand identity design and corporate branding a big plus.
• Strong ability to design for both construction and wellness/lifestyle brands.
• Comfortable writing short-form copy when needed.
• Energetic, solutions-driven, and passionate about using design to elevate brand messaging.
• Able to manage time, meet deadlines, and deliver quality work with minimal oversight.

Compensation & Details

• Contract Length: 6 months (with potential to extend)
• Hours: Full-time
• Pay: $4,000/month
• Location: Remote with occasional in-person collaboration (1–2x/month) in DFW
