We’re seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to take charge of our eCommerce marketing initiatives and drive measurable business outcomes. Role: Digital Marketing Manager (E-commerce) Location: USA (Remote & Hybrid Available) Job Type: Full-time ✅ Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies to drive sales, customer acquisition, and brand awareness. Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROAS and conversion rates. Oversee SEO optimization and implement keyword strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic. Lead email marketing automation using tools like Klaviyo, Omnisend, and HubSpot to nurture leads and increase repeat purchases. Develop and optimize sales funnels, landing pages, and eCommerce conversion strategies to improve AOV and LTV. Create and implement influencer marketing and affiliate partnerships to expand brand reach and credibility. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the industry. Leverage AI-driven tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Hotjar to track and improve campaign performance. Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with the brand’s goals and customer needs. Monitor KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CLV, and conversion rates to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI. What We’re Looking For: ✔ 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong background in eCommerce. ✔ Proven expertise in DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) growth strategies and full-funnel marketing. ✔ Hands‑on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and third-party eCommerce platforms. ✔ Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic advertising. ✔ Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, content marketing, and link-building strategies. ✔ Experience managing six‑to‑seven‑figure monthly ad budgets with a focus on data‑driven optimizations. ✔ Ability to develop high‑converting ad creatives, product pages, and marketing funnels. ✔ Knowledge of email marketing, push notifications, and SMS marketing campaigns. ✔ Strong analytical mindset, capable of A/B testing, data analysis, and performance tracking. ✔ Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage a team of marketers and external agencies.
