What We’re Looking For: Stellar communication skills and natural leadership vibes Sales-driven with a proactive approach Problem-solving pro with top-notch time management Confident, dependable, and ready to make an impact Your Role: Boost salon revenue and hit monthly targets like a boss Schedule appointments and maximize product sales Greet guests with a smile and assist during check-in/check-out Master our salon software and keep operations running smoothly Create fun, engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok during your shifts ️ Assist by serving client beverages, organizing inventory, and keeping the salon looking flawless Juggle multiple projects and always meet deadlines Occasionally join us at events, meetings, and conferences Be ready to dive into additional projects as needed Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour If you’ve got the confidence, style, and charisma to match the Oaselle vibe, we want you on our team!
