This opportunity is ideal for anyone considering a career change. You don’t need previous instructing experience — just a professional attitude, good people skills and the willingness to learn. We’ll train you from the start and guide you all the way to becoming an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI).

Lesson rates average around £38 per hour , supporting strong income whether you work part-time or full-time. For example, working 32 hours per week can deliver earnings up to £39k per year , and those working 40hrs have the opportunity to reach £50,000+ .

Local Work, Less Travel

After passing DVSA Part 2, you are able to apply for a trainee licence , allowing you to begin teaching and earning sooner while completing the final stage of qualification.

New Training Academy – Full Support Built In
Our new Training Academy  provides a structured route through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3, combining:

  • Flexible online learning for theory and preparation
  • In-car coaching to build driving and teaching ability
  • Live classroom sessions for extra guidance and confidence
  • Lesson plans, resources and ongoing support to help you succeed

Dual-Control Vehicle Options
We can support you with access to dual-control car options through established providers, including new and nearly-new models such as Ford Puma, Renault Clio, MG3 and Vauxhall Corsa , subject to availability.

Training Fees Paid Back in Full
All instructors pay for training. Training fees can be paid back in full  after you have worked with us for 1 year (ask for details ).

Eligibility (DVSA Requirements)
To apply, you must:

  • Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years
  • Have no more than 5 penalty points
  • Have no bans in the last 5 years
  • Be reliable, patient, and confident communicating with people
