Established practice with 15-20-year history offers balanced caseload with existing patient panel and steady referrals. Team Environment: Multispecialty collaborative group including diabetes educators, nurse practitioners, social workers, and dedicated clinical support staff. Supportive leadership and faculty foster professional development. Academic Opportunities: Grand rounds presentations, resident education, and leadership development pathways available. Diagnose and treat disorders of the endocrine system, including diabetes, thyroid diseases, adrenal disorders, osteoporosis, and reproductive issues Conduct thorough examinations, including reviewing patient history, physical exams, and ordering diagnostic tests such as blood tests, imaging, and biopsies Develop individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications, recommending lifestyle changes, and discussing surgical options when necessary Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments based on response and health changes Educate patients on managing chronic endocrine conditions, such as diabetes or thyroid disease, and provide guidance on hormone therapy Skills and Competencies:
