Position Overview: We are seeking an Account Executive with a proven track record in selling recruiting services within a recruiting agency. This role is critical to our business development strategy, and the ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strong relationships within the tech community, and the ability to close deals with high-growth companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales: Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a focus on selling our recruiting services to high-growth tech companies.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and the specific challenges faced by tech companies in their recruitment efforts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our recruiting team to ensure that client needs are being met and expectations are exceeded.
