Technicien(ne) opérations service client
Lévis, secteur Lauzon
Votre défi
Relevant du superviseur service à la clientèle, entrée de commande et suivi manufacturier, vous agirez à titre de technicien(ne) opérations service client. Vous aurez à effectuer les tâches suivantes :
- Traiter des commandes au système et vérifier l’exactitude des données reçues afin de livrer au client un produit de qualité répondant à ses besoins;
- Communiquer avec le client lorsque des informations de commande sont manquantes ou incorrectes;
- Assurer un suivi rigoureux des dossiers en attente d’information afin d’activer une commande le plus rapidement possible;
- Analyser et répondre aux demandes des clients sur les changements qu’ils désirent apporter à leurs commandes en cours de production et les exécuter au système;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les divers départements afin de répondre rapidement aux demandes clients;
- Faire équipe avec les conseillers au suivi de commande interne, mobilier de bureau, murs architecturaux, et partager des tâches pour équilibrer la charge de travail.

Qualifications requises
- Transiger en anglais verbalement et par écrit de niveau intermédiaire 80 % du temps avec les fournisseurs et nos collègues de Toronto
- Diplôme d’études collégiales dans une discipline appropriée
- Un minimum de 2 années d’expérience
- Expérience dans des fonctions similaires en secteur manufacturier (un atout)
- Maîtrise de la suite MS Office
- Habileté à travailler dans un environnement informatique
- Connaissance d'un système ERP (un atout)

- French
