Join a sales team that closes 80% of inbound leads through education rather than high-pressure tactics. Our reps average over $1M in annual sales, enjoying strong compensation and a balanced lifestyle. You will sell seamless gutters, guards, and specialty services by identifying customer needs and providing the best solutions. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Estimating:
Attend estimates on time, price opportunities within 48 hours, and maintain a 40%+ closing rate. Customer Experience:
Educate clients on product value, return calls within 8 hours, and visit sold jobs to maintain relationships. Prospecting:
Develop a lead generation plan, network regularly, and ask for referrals (10-20% of effort). Operations:
Manage workflow via CRM, prioritize high-profit jobs, and ensure all bids receive a final "yes" or "no." Communication:
Coordinate closely with owners, crew leaders, and field staff to ensure job scope, scheduling, and billing accuracy. Growth:
Attain sales volume and gross profit goals, participate in meetings, and assist in implementing new systems. What We Look For
