Job Title
Responsible for supporting various business units within the company to help them develop strategies that align with the company's vision. Drive decision-making and prioritization for the business through analyzing data, identifying trends, and producing optimized energy infrastructure deployment strategies for the delivery of natural gas today and emerging alternative fuels, like hydrogen, in the future. Works closely with the senior leadership team (VP & director level) to proactively identify and mitigate misalignment issues and secure approval for the annual plan. Tasks and Responsibilities Regularly meets with senior leadership team to drive discussion around annual business objectives/goals, helping to prioritize and present alternatives that align with corporate strategy and are based on analytics Establishes strategic partnerships and maintains effective relationships with assigned business unit(s) and manages stakeholder interests Gains strategic understanding of business unit needs and challenges, with a focus on identifying and overseeing connection points and dependencies across various business units. Assist in the identification of core business processes that require change to more closely align with corporate strategy/budgetary goals, and collaborate with senior leadership to operationalize necessary changes Drives the annual capital budget prioritization process and monthly governance Perform deep-dive analyses to deliver insights on the root causes of issues and make recommendations to drive changes in business strategy to leadership Qualifications, Skills and Abilities Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field required 7+ Years of successful and progressive experience in planning, strategy, project management, or business process engineering Strong Analytical skills required; financial/statistical modelling skills preferred. Excellent Power Point skills required; experience building PowerBI dashboard preferred. A general understanding of GAAP accounting and financial planning practices and standards preferred Strong interpersonal organizational and communication skills needed to manage multiple clients, competing priorities and tight timelines.
