Monitors and coordinates patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort. Meets unit-specific physical demands, including significant bending, stooping, lifting, and turning of patients with assistance. May be required to work differing schedules, shifts, and days of the week based on patient care requirements. Physically demanding role with exposure to blood and body fluids. Must be capable of push, pull, and grip tasks up to 50 lbs. Evaluates care effectiveness and coordinates with other departments. Acts in alignment with mission, values, and service standards. Maintains accountability for patient care and ensures confidentiality. Performs responsibilities consistent with professional ethics and standards.
