Wat ga je doen?
Als Business Unit Manager Dell ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor de strategie, groei en marktpositie van jouw Business Unit binnen de Benelux (Nederland en België). Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een toekomstgerichte visie, bouwt sterke vendor- en partnerrelaties en stuurt een team aan richting commerciële groei en operational excellence. Met jouw ondernemerschap zorg je voor een sterke propositie en verdere uitbouw van de business.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
  • Je ontwikkelt en voert de Business Unit‑strategie uit, gericht op winstgevende groei en uitbreiding van marktaandeel
  • Je bouwt en versterkt value propositions rondom IT‑oplossingen (o.a. infrastructure, devices en services, inclusief TaaS)
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert de volledige portfolio en stuurt op business development initiatieven
  • Je bouwt, ontwikkelt en begeleidt een sterk team met focus op leiderschap, engagement en talentontwikkeling
  • Je stemt vendor- en inkoopstrategieën af om beschikbaarheid, commerciële voorwaarden en groei te optimaliseren
  • Je ondersteunt en enablet sales teams om omzet te vergroten en share of wallet bij partners te laten groeien
  • Je analyseert en stuurt actief op winstgevendheid in lijn met de P&L‑doelstellingen
  • Je zorgt voor een accurate forecast per profit centre volgens de afgesproken cycles
  • Je bouwt en onderhoudt sterke strategische relaties met key vendors en positioneert TD SYNNEX als Trusted Advisor
  • Je ontwikkelt samen met marketing de go-to-market strategie en initieert gerichte campagnes en programma's
  • Je bent regelmatig aanwezig in zowel Nederland als België om de business en teams optimaal te ondersteunen

Jij bent iemand die...
  • sterk communiceert en moeiteloos schakelt met stakeholders op verschillende niveaus, inclusief C‑level
  • strategisch en commercieel denkt en kansen in de markt weet te vertalen naar concrete resultaten
  • ervaring heeft met het aansturen en ontwikkelen van teams
  • verantwoordelijkheid heeft gedragen voor (delen van) een P&L en begrijpt hoe je hierop stuurt
  • begrijpt hoe sales, marketing, finance en operations samenkomen in een succesvolle business
  • ervaring heeft binnen de IT‑sector en het channel, bij voorkeur met A‑vendors of vergelijkbaar
  • affiniteit heeft met infrastructure, devices en services proposities
  • zich comfortabel voelt in een matrixorganisatie en effectief samenwerkt met diverse stakeholders
  • een sterke focus heeft op partnerships en het bouwen van langetermijnrelaties
