Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and passing medications. Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment.
Conduct routine health monitoring, such as checking vital signs and administering medications.
Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities.
Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.
Open Shifts Available:
PRN - All shifts (12 hours only: 6-6) Day (6a - 6p) FT Night (6p - 6a) PT PT or PRN (6p-10p)
Qualifications:
State of Iowa CNA license required (CMA preferred) Previous LTC or AL experience is preferred but not required What We Offer
Starting pay rate based on years of experience
Shift Differentials for 2nd, 3rd, and weekend packages
