Pay and Benefits:
This is a full-time, hybrid position with a starting salary range of $87,000 - $107,000 and a $2000 hiring bonus Role is expected to be 25% remote/75% in-person, subject to change based on family and agency need Health, vision, dental, life, and AD&D insurance 401(k) retirement plan Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts Paid Time Off starts accruing at 18 days per year Nine paid holidays that are separate from your Paid Time Off bank Paid winter closure the last week of the year from December 25th through January 1st Paid two-day summer closure in August Wellness and cell phone reimbursement allotment Training and continuing education Eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program Annual pay increases
Note: Benefits are available to employees working at least 20 hours per week and costs vary by FTE.

Work at the intersection of occupational therapy and mental health
Partner deeply with caregivers as agents of change
Be trained in specialized, cutting-edge approaches to PSE

Clinical Services
Provide evidence-based occupational therapy focused on emotion regulation and executive functioning, sensory processing, strengthening caregiver-child attachment
Deliver services using a neurobehavioral, brain-based approach emphasizing accommodation and support
Implement structured, evidence-based models (training provided), including caregiver coaching and therapeutic play approaches
Work directly with both children and caregivers to maximize outcomes
Facilitate a 10 session Caregiver Education Program, introducing families to PSE and the neurobehavioral framework
Co-facilitating social skills groups, supporting both child and caregiver
Assessment & Care Planning
Participate in multidisciplinary intake assessments
Collaborate with team members and caregivers to develop individualized goals and treatment plans
Track progress and update functional outcomes
Collaboration & Consultation
Actively participate in a transdisciplinary team
Serve as a liaison with medical providers, schools, and community partners
Provide consultation, coaching, and occasional trainings for staff and caregivers Documentation & Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain timely, accurate documentation and reports
Manage scheduling and caseload responsibilities
Attend team meetings and contribute to clinic initiatives
Maintain a clean and organized workspace

RequirementsBachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
Current Washington State OT license
Minimum one year of experience working with children and families
Strong interest in prenatal substance exposure and neurobehavioral approaches
Ability to provide services in-person and via telehealth
Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Commitment to trauma-informed care, equity, and inclusion
Ability to pass and maintain required background checks
Understanding of mandatory reporting responsibilities
Commitment to working effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and contributing to a workplace culture of respect, inclusion, and belonging
A mental health lens and desire to work on emotional and arousal regulation
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Preferred Qualifications
Experience providing trauma-informed care services to families and children Knowledge and experience providing parent/caregiver coaching and education Bilingual preferred
Physical Demands/Work Environment The employee is regularly required to walk; use hands; balance; bend; twist; reach. May be required to sit, stoop, kneel, squat, crouch, or crawl. At times, this position may lift items up to 30 pounds. While performing this job's duties, the employee will be in an office environment and their home. Daily use of a computer required for documentation, online meetings, and tele-therapy.
