Employment Type: Full timeShift: Night Shift Description: Telemetry Technician - Full-Time/Nights Location: Trinity Health Oakland Hospital, Pontiac, MI Department: Telemetry About the Role Join our team as a Telemetry Technician and play a vital role in monitoring cardiac rhythms and supporting patient care. You will work closely with clinical staff to ensure accurate cardiac monitoring and timely communication of critical information. Key Responsibilities
Monitor cardiac rhythms and promptly report abnormalities. Operate telemetry equipment and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with nurses and physicians to support patient care. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Assist with troubleshooting telemetry systems as needed. Qualifications
High school graduate or GED required; Associate degree preferred. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire. Completion of Cardiac Monitoring program OR CCT/CRAT certification OR 2 years related experience. State of Michigan Paramedic license preferred.
