What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive urology care and patient management Conduct in-person consultations and follow-ups Support procedures such as stent placements, kidney stone management, and hematuria assessment Respond to call-ins and assist with hospital admissions and discharges Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health record systems Collaborate with hospital staff and physicians to ensure quality patient outcomes Respond within 20 minutes for onsite call-backs, with an expected 2-4 hours onsite per day during call shifts
What You Need:
Valid license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Urology experience At least 1-2 years of practice in a urology or comparable setting Ability to respond promptly to call-outs and provide high-quality patient care Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred:
Experience working in hospital-based urology units Ability to work independently within a team environment
