Lead assay validation and implementation, ensuring robust, reliable, and compliant testing methods Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for analyzer operations, driving performance optimization and resolving complex technical issues Design and maintain laboratory policies and procedures, shaping best practices and regulatory compliance Deliver staff training and competency development, building a culture of excellence and continuous learning Partner closely with PhD scientists and laboratory leadership to advance diagnostic capabilities and innovation Report directly to the Clinical Laboratory Director, influencing strategic and operational decisions Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology (MT), Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS), or related field Minimum of 4 years of clinical laboratory experience Deep technical expertise with laboratory instrumentation and troubleshooting Passion for quality, innovation, and mentorship Why Cincinnati Children's Hospital:
